I used to use Pepboys or my husband for all my vehicle needs... that will forever change. Buying a Mazda was my first good decision and chosing the Service department for vehicle maintenance was my second good decision. Not only did they get the job done in half the time, but the staff was super welcoming and appeared to adhere to CDC COVID-19 guidance. Great experience and I can't wait for my next scheduled maintenance!!!

I own a Mazda, I bring it into the Mazda dealership for regular maintenance and repairs. I have always had great service there, and every repair stays fixed. I don’t have to make return Trips because one Fi͏x seems to lead to another problem that needs fixing. I recommend them to anyone who likes driving problem free - fun cars!

Was in the market for a crossover vehicle and after much research and recommendations we contacted Mazda of Fort Walton Beach. We explained we would be utilizing the USAA purchasing program. We contacted the dealership, explained what we were considering the CX5 asked for the out the door price. The salesman Mr Hall sent an email with all the figures. When we arrived the vehicle we discussed was ready and waiting. My wife changed her mind and decided she wanted the model on the show room floor.Our experience is they are honest and friendly. Took my 2019 Mazda 3 because the drivers a/c was blowing hot air. I didn't want to wait until the next day because I knew it would work and I wanted to show them what was happening. Lucky for me they had an opening. The service advisor came out and told me they knew what it was and took my car right back. It was a software issue. Took 30 minutes and of course it was covered under warranty.
